Client reports experiencing S0C4 in Director (Address Space goes down) after a User attempts to set a new Password. We verified that Director's Load Library was APF Authorized with Systems Staff. Dump on the way via FTP

Dump received and S0C4 is in ICHPWX01+444 in RACF User Exit trying to validate certain characteristics of a new password. Client forwarded source and we were able to identify a logic problem that was causing the S0C4. Client will take corrective action in the source for ICHPWX01 to eliminate the S0C4s.
